The following are terms and conditions that constitute our Exchanges & Returns Policy.
RETURNS
To preserve the integrity of our consumable products (including; tinctures, gummies, baked goods, pre-rolls, vapes, cartridges, loose flower, and drinks/shots in plastic containers), we are not able to offer exchanges or returns.
If you have an issue with a non-consumable product and would like to receive an exchange or make a return, feel free to use our Contact Us page to initiate the process.
To be eligible for an exchange or return your item must be unused and in its original packaging. See our Shipping Terms and Conditions for the policy on products damaged in transit.
You must have a valid copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
If your return is deemed permissible, we will inspect it upon receipt and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within the number of days allotted per your card issuer's policies.

RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
