DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, orders may not be shipped on weekends or holidays.
Given the volatile nature of the supply chain due to the Covid-19 pandemic, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping & delivery rate estimates**
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Typically, you can expect the following:
UPS or FedEx Standard - 3 to 5 business days | starting at $7.00
UPS or FedEx Two-Day -- 2 business days | starting at $16.00
UPS or FedEx Overnight* : 1 business day | starting at $26.00+
* Overnight deliveries within the Continental US only.
**Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Alkhemi Wellness does ship to addresses within the U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, however prices will vary.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
If applicable, Alkhemi Wellness is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Alkhemi Wellness is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive on order damaged in transit, please contact us as we reserve to the right to replace damaged orders at our discretion pending further investigation. We recommend taking reliable images of any damages and saving all packaging materials prior to contacting our support channels to expedite your request.
International Shipping Policy
We currently only ship outside the U.S. for wholesale orders on a case-by-case basis to ensure all policies and regulations are upheld. We will update this section as our shipping capacity expands.
